Job Context

BZM Graphics Limited is currently seeking a highly skilled Production Manager with a specialty in Image Editing. Your role will be integral in managing the production of superior quality images and ensuring efficient workflow within project timelines. You will provide leadership for our dynamic team, fostering collaboration, and overseeing operations. Your expertise will be pivotal in upholding our reputation for excellence and pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve in image production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans for image quantity, distribution, and team assignments. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless post-production process.
  • Oversee all post-production processes, ensuring that assigned images are edited and approved according to set standards. Implement quality control throughout the production process.
  • Achieve hourly, daily, and monthly production targets based on set efficiency parameters.
  • Supervise the workforce, managing turnover, migration, and absenteeism rates to align with industry standards. Distribute duties among subordinates and maintain effective communication across teams.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of desktop machines, manpower, and materials in line with the design floor capacity.
  • Consult with the Higher Management on critical decisions, while maintaining constant communication with the customer service (CS) team to bridge any gaps between them and the post-production team.
  • Provide regular updates to the Higher Management on project status and assist with administrative tasks, such as production schedules and timesheets.
  • Focus on project notes, turnaround time, and quality to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Educational Requirements

  • Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Associate degree Production Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

  • 10 - 12 Years

Skills Required:

  • Retouching, Strong sense of color coordination, Mastery in Image Shadow techniques & Proficiency in E-commerce Image Editing.
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Prior work experience in a related industry is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities to address production-related issues.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, production costing, and implementing quality control measures.
  • Good at MS office/ Google Workspace.
  • A high level of proficiency in English communication is essential for this role.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
