How does the free trial work?+
Send us a raw clip of up to 2 minutes and we'll return a fully edited version — color graded, sound designed, and ready to publish. No credit card required, no commitment.
What formats and codecs do you accept?+
Any codec, any resolution. ProRes, H.264, HEVC, RAW, BRAW, R3D, ARRI, and more. We also accept Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro project files.
What's included in the turnaround time?+
The clock starts when we receive all assets and a confirmed brief. Revisions are delivered within 24 hours of feedback and do not count toward the turnaround.
Can I request additional revisions?+
Yes. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at a flat hourly rate. Enterprise and retainer clients receive unlimited rounds as standard.
Do you offer retainer or volume pricing?+
Monthly retainer packages start at 4 videos per month with meaningful per-video savings. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your output volume.
What if my project doesn't fit a standard plan?+
