What image formats do you accept and deliver?+
We accept any format — RAW, CR3, ARW, JPG, TIFF, PSD, PNG. Delivery is in your required format: PNG with alpha, layered PSD, TIFF with clipping path, or JPEG at any resolution.
How do you handle colour accuracy?+
We work from physical swatches, Pantone codes, or reference files you provide. Colour-managed workflows (ICC profiles, calibrated displays) ensure what we deliver matches what you see in print and on screen.
Can you handle hair, fur, and transparent materials?+
Yes. Hair, fine fur, tulle, mesh, lace, and glass are standard for us. We use channel masking, luminosity selection, and hand-refinement — never automated cutouts that lose strand-level detail.
Do you offer retainer or volume pricing?+
Yes. Monthly retainers start at 500 images with significant per-image savings. High-volume orders above 1,000 images qualify for batch discounts. Contact us for a custom quote.

Standard orders up to 100 images are returned within 24 hours. Larger batches are scoped per order — Enterprise accounts with dedicated teams can receive same-day delivery on batches of any size.
