Job Context

bZm Graphics Ltd is seeking an individual to join our marketing team as an Executive Assistant. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, who is looking to kick-start their career in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation efforts, including researching and identifying potential prospects.
• Execute email marketing campaigns to engage leads and nurture relationships.
• Prepare and present reports to management, including lead generation, email campaign performance, and overall effectiveness.
• Assist in the coordination of marketing projects and campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required
• candidates with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), particularly those majoring in Marketing, will be given preferential consideration.

Experience Requirements

• Fresher or very few months of experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with email systems and email etiquette.
• Basic knowledge in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic Knowledge of Canva is a big plus. (Not Required)
• Good at web searching.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent attention to detail and must have 'CAN DO' Attitude.

Salary

15,000 BDT (Monthly)
